• We only offer returns for domestic customers (United States of America). If you are an international customer, unfortunately you are not able to return products from your order at this time.
  • Products must be returned within 20 calendar days of receiving your order. 
  • Sale Products are not able to be returned. A Sale Product is a non-full priced product that is discounted prior to the customer adding any discount code.
  • Free products from a sale (example: a BOGO Sale) and products purchased with gift card funds received by winning a giveaway are not able to be returned. 
  • We only offer refunds. Exchanges are not a part of our Return Policy.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging along with receipt and hang tags attached.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
  • Gift cards and shipping fees are not refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the cost of their return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
