Return Policy


Request and manage your return by logging into your KEFI customer account. Login here:

  • We offer 30 day returns. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days starting from the delivery date of your order. Promptly drop off your return package to the assigned mail carrier upon receiving your return shipping label via email. Please note that significantly delayed return package drop offs to your assigned mail carrier may result in your return and refund request being denied. One return request (the use of one return shipping label) is allowed per order. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. 
  • Returned products must be unworn/unused, unwashed, have original tags attached, be in original packaging, and have the original order receipt included. If a product is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. 
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping fees from your order are non-refundable. The cost of your return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Exchanges are not part of our return policy. 
  • For purchases made by part debit/credit card, part gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Free products received from sales, promotions, and giveaways cannot be returned for cash value or store credit.
