Return Policy

Request and manage your return by logging into your KEFI customer account. Login here:

  • We offer 30 day returns. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days starting from the delivery date of your order. Promptly drop off your return package to the assigned mail carrier upon receiving your return shipping label via email. One return request (the use of one return shipping label) is allowed per order. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
  • Returned products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, have original tags attached, be in original packaging, and have the original order receipt included. If a product is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund or initiate an exchange. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer address we have on file and we will cover the shipping cost.

Returning for a refund
    • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method(s) used to place the order.
    • Any original shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable.
    • The cost of your return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
    • For purchases made by part debit/credit card, part gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
    • Free products received from sales/promotions and giveaways cannot be returned for cash value or store credit.

    Returning for a size exchange
      • We offer free United States exchanges. International exchanges are not allowed at this time.
      • For United States exchanges, we will cover the cost of your return shipping label (sending your original order/product back to our warehouse) as well as the new shipping label (sending your requested exchange product from our warehouse to you).
      • Exchanges requests can only be made for the same product but in a different size. Please be aware that we do not reserve inventory for customers and therefore cannot guarantee that your requested exchange size will be in stock.
      • Free products received from sales/promotions and giveaways are not eligible for exchange.
      • When requesting a return for a size exchange in your KEFI customer account, please enter what size you would like to receive in the note box. The note box is shown underneath each product from your order. Providing your desired size for the exchange is necessary for our team to provide service in a timely manner.
